In order to further promote governance of the university based on the rule of law, and establish a top local university of law education, the East China University of Political Science and Law (the “ECUPL”) hosted a bidding for its 2020 legal advisors.

On the afternoon of January 18, 2020, the ECUPL held a ceremony for the engagement of its 2020 legal advisors. Watson & Band’s Partner, Mr. Tao Hairong, was invited to attend along with 15 other law firms and was engaged as a 2020 ECUPL Legal Advisor at the ceremony.

ECUPL’s CPC Vice Secretary, Professor Ying Peili granted the engagement letters to this year’s legal advisors and delivered a speech at the ceremony.

Mr. Tao and the Watson & Band team will, adhering to a modest attitude, improve the internal working system, seriously perform duties and actively provide advice, and spare no efforts to help establish a top university of law education and to consolidate the constructive interactions between the legal practice industry and the renowned university of political science and law.
