From Cultivation to Leadership
This achievement marks the culmination of a rigorous two-year evaluation process. After being selected for the "Leading Agency Cultivation List" in February 2023, Watson & Band Intellectual Property Agency Ltd demonstrated sustained excellence in patent prosecution, trademark protection, copyright registration, and patent landscaping.
By successfully passing the final review, the firm has proven its ability to provide the comprehensive, one-stop IP solutions required to drive technological innovation and market competitiveness for its clients.

A "Dual-Entity" Powerhouse
This designation represents a significant milestone for the Watson & Band brand. Watson & Band Intellectual Property Agency Ltd now joins its sister entity, Watson & Band Law Offices (a member of the First Batch of Leading Agencies), in holding this prestigious title.
With both the Law Offices and the IP Agency now recognized as "Leading Agencies," Watson & Band has solidified its status as a top-tier, full-service legal group capable of handling the most complex intellectual property challenges in Shanghai and beyond.
Future Outlook
Moving forward, Watson & Band will leverage this dual strength to deepen the integration of its legal and agency services. We remain committed to digital transformation and international expansion, striving to support Shanghai’s goal of becoming a global center for intellectual property protection.
