On April 12, the Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People’s Court hosted a press conference for release of the “2022 Top 10 Landmark Cases of the Shanghai Bankruptcy Court”.

The Court concluded a number of landmark cases from all the cases concluded in 2022 and released the Top 10 Landmark Cases at the press conference, showing the significant role played by the bankruptcy system in the equal protection for private enterprises, the encouragement for start-ups and the boost for building up a market-based and law-based business environment. Among said Top 10 Landmark Cases is the case that Watson & Band handled for Shanghai Dunfufang Industrials Co., Ltd., involving the shift from bankruptcy liquidation to bankruptcy reorganization.
