On invitation from the Shanghai Lawyers Association, W&B attorneys provided a training module on bankruptcy law and practice through a series of programs entitled Enterprise Bankruptcy and Liquidation Practice that was jointly hosted by the Inns of Court and the Company Dissolution and Bankruptcy Liquidation Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association. W&B partner Xiaosu Zhu delivered a lecture entitled Appraising Bankruptcy Assets at Current Rates, and bankruptcy attorney Binghui Cai delivered a lecture entitled Investigation and Publication of Labor Claims. The attorneys performed in-depth analyses of the two topics based on rich experience handling bankruptcy cases and a profound understanding of bankruptcy law. The lectures were well received by the attendees.
