On September 9, the name list of “TOP 50 Excellent IP Lawyers in China” was grandly published. The preparation, collection, selection and evaluation, which were jointly carried out by ZHICHANLI and IP HOUSE, lasted almost six months. Watson & Band Partner, Jianguo Huang, was honored to be on the list. After appearing on the “TOP 10 Excellent IP Litigation – Patent Teams” together with his team last year, Mr. Huang again won recognition from the IP industry.

The data used for evaluation this time was originated from the database IP HOUSE. Candidate lawyers were evaluated based on eight indicators, including cases concluded in 2019, winning rates, law firms in which they practice and practical experience, reputation of clients, typical cases, media comments, honors and awards, number of cases and comments from judging panel consisting of in-house counsels of famous enterprises.
