Frank Qian is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, financial management, trade and taxation. As the director and senior partner at Watson & Band Law Offices in Shanghai, Mr. Qian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to complex legal matters involving both domestic and international clients. Mr. Qian graduated from ERASMUS University Rotterdam Netherlands with an LLM degree. He became a qualified attorney-at-law in 2002 and further expanded his expertise by obtaining his certified tax agent qualification in 2005.
